Under Secretary is Head of office of the Secretariat Wing. 2. Household wing is headed by the Comptroller.The Under Secretary of Governor's Secretariat and the Comptroller, Governor's Household report to the Secretary to Governor for all official affairs of the Department. The Secretariat also attends to the work relating to the Swearing-in-ceremonies of the Council Of Ministries, Chief Justice, HP High Court and the Lokayukta etc. It also provides assistance to the Governor in the performance of his functions such as the Chancellor of Universities etc. Besides, it deals with all the administrative matters with reference to those organisations with which the Governor associated either as President or Chairman.
