A group of 27 HAS and Allied Services probationers of batch-2025 called on Governor Shri @KavinderGupta at Lok Bhavan, Shimla today. They were undergoing foundation course at Dr. Manmohan Singh Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration, Shimla.  It was a courtesy call.   During the interaction, the Governor called upon the trainee officers to uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and public service, stating that an administrative officer is not merely a government functionary but a vital bridge between the Government and the people. Governor congratulated them on joining the prestigious State Civil Service and described it as an opportunity to serve society with dedication, sensitivity and commitment. Governor said that the training period was crucial in shaping their administrative outlook, leadership qualities and decision-making abilities.
