"Vande Matram: A Journey

Hon'ble Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shri @KavinderGupta today inaugurated the 'Vande Mataram: A Journey' national exhibition and the International Seminar on "Sardar Patel's Vision of Integration, Integrity and Federalism" at the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS), Shimla. On the occasion, the Governor said that India's strength lies in its unity amid diversity and described Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as the architect who laid the foundation of a united India. He appreciated Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for giving Sardar Patel's legacy a monumental tribute through the Statue of Unity, calling it a powerful symbol of 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat'. The Governor also urged researchers, students and the youth to visit the Statue of Unity to gain a deeper understanding of Sardar Patel's unparalleled contribution to national integration and nation-building.
